We want you to love your copy. Here is how we handle problems, plainly.
Damaged, defective or misprinted books
If your book arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the book back.
Changed your mind?
Each book is printed specially for your order, so we can't always accept returns for a change of mind. Please contact us anyway and we will do our best to help.
Lost in transit
If your tracking shows no progress for an unusually long time, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.
Digital items
The free digital copy and bonuses come with your hardcover. They're not sold on their own, so there's nothing to refund for them.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop, our payment processor.
